Very few countries are not covered by duty-paid delivery. Import duties, taxes and any customs clearance charges are the customer's responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or customs authorities.
Returns & money-back protection
7-day money-back after delivery, on Unstitched, Standard Stitched and Custom Stitched orders alike. Return the piece unworn, unaltered and with its tags and packaging, and you get a full refund of the product price to your original payment method. Please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping is on us if the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
However, there is no return/exchange as per customer's liking or disliking of the product since all outfits are made to order for our esteemed customers.

As your garment is a Mairaz-made reproduction with hand-finished elements, the exact shade, embroidery placement, embellishment and finishing may vary slightly, and screen settings can affect colour. Please order only if you are happy with these normal made-to-order variations.
