Shipping policy

Mairaz ships worldwide. Every piece is made to order, so the timelines below begin once your order is confirmed.

Shipping cost

Standard international shipping is free on all orders.

Production & delivery time

As each garment is prepared to order, please allow 15–20 working days from the date of your order for production and delivery. Orders containing multiple items, or larger custom sizes, may take longer — in some cases 1–2 months. If you have a specific event date, contact us before ordering and we will advise on timing.

Carriers & tracking

Orders are dispatched via DHL or SkyNet. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, and across Europe. A valid contact phone number is required for international delivery.

Duties, taxes & customs

Import duties, VAT, and customs charges are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. As of 29 August 2025, the United States' $800 de-minimis exemption no longer applies, so orders shipped to the USA may incur duties and taxes collected by the carrier (DHL) at or before delivery. Customers in other countries may be charged local import VAT or duties in line with their own regulations.

Remote areas

Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take additional time and, in some cases, incur a carrier surcharge. We will contact you if this applies to your order.
