Welcome to Mairaz. By accessing or purchasing from mairaz.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
- About Mairaz and our products. Mairaz sells made-to-order reproductions of Pakistani designer-style formalwear, hand-finished in Pakistan. Each garment is manufactured and sold by Mairaz. Our pieces are inspired by and based on designer design references; they are not manufactured by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the original designers, and we make no claim of official or authorised-designer status.
2. Made to order and variation. Because every piece is made to order and hand-finished, slight variations in shade, embroidery placement, embellishment and finishing are normal and expected, and screen settings can affect how colours appear. Please order only if you are happy with these normal made-to-order variations.
3. Orders. Your order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. We aim to keep product information accurate but do not warrant that every detail is error-free.
4. Sizing. You may order unstitched fabric, a standard size, or a fully custom-stitched garment made to your measurements. For custom-stitched orders you are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We offer personal sizing support before production begins.
5. Production and delivery. Production begins once your order is confirmed. Estimated delivery is 15 to 20 working days from a confirmed order; larger or multi-piece orders may take longer. Free worldwide shipping is included with tracking. Delivery timeframes are estimates. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are your responsibility.
6. Returns. As each item is made to order, our Return and Refund Policy governs returns and exchanges. Please review it before ordering.
7. Intellectual property. All store content, including the Mairaz name, logo, text and layout, is owned by or licensed to Mairaz and may not be used without permission.
8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mairaz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the store or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
9. Changes to these terms. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time; changes take effect when posted on this page.
