Return the piece unworn, unaltered and with its tags and packaging, and you get a full refund of the product price to your original payment method. Please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping is on us if the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
However, there is no return/exchange as per customer's liking or disliking of the product since all outfits are made to order for our esteemed customers.
You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. If cutting has not been completed and your order has not entered the stitching phase, you are eligible for a full refund. If cutting has already been completed and your order has entered the stitching phase, cancellation within this 12-hour window is eligible for store credit only, rather than a refund to your original payment method. After 12 hours, orders cannot be cancelled. Report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery. See our Returns policy for full details.
