Silver-toned embroidery runs in fine vertical panels through the shirt, gathers into large worked triangular and kalka motifs around the skirt, and finishes in a broad sequinned scalloped border. Softly festive rather than heavy, it suits a mehndi, a wedding-guest evening or an engagement.
