Shipping cost
- Free Standard Shipping to all international destinations except Pakistan, at no charge.
- Express Shipping to those destinations for +$60 per article.
- Pakistan orders use the store's Pakistan shipping setup and the delivery timing shown at checkout.
Production and delivery time
Every Mairaz piece is made to order, so timelines start once your order is confirmed.
- Free Standard Shipping: 14 to 20 working days from order confirmation.
- Express Shipping: 6 to 10 working days from order confirmation.
Carriers and tracking
Orders are dispatched via DHL or SkyNet. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Mairaz ships to Pakistan and 46 international destinations: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States. A valid contact phone number is required for international delivery.
Duties, taxes and customs
Import duties, VAT and customs charges are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. Orders shipped to the United States may incur duties and taxes collected by the carrier at or before delivery, because the US $800 de-minimis exemption no longer applies as of 29 August 2025.
Remote areas
Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take additional time and, in some cases, incur a carrier surcharge. We will contact you if this applies to your order.
